Entry, Locks & Access

Access requirements

Viberent Stays requires at least one Wi-Fi-enabled smart lock for guest access. We prefer the Schlage Encode because it is reliable and works well for automated guest access.

We also require a physical lockbox at each property for backup keys. This helps prevent guest lockouts and gives approved cleaners, vendors, or team members emergency access when needed. The lockbox should contain any keys we may need, such as the main entry key, owner closet key, storage room key, garage key, or other property-specific keys.
